Situated in Corktown, the former warehouse used by CBC for storing props underwent a transformation in 1998, becoming 104 spacious and impressive hard lofts. The Lofts feature 14-foot ceilings, mushroom columns, polished concrete floors, huge floor-to-ceiling windows and sixth-floor units boasting private rooftop gardens accessed from the loft. Original purchasers were offered various design options including sleeping lofts and the option to add oversized metal balconies.
Renowned as one of the finest examples of authentic loft architecture in the city, the name “Brewery Lofts” is a nod to its location on a section of the old Dominion Brewery property at the intersection of Queen Street East and Sumach Street.
