At the Broadview Lofts, history and modernity intersect. Fashion and function found their symmetry

We had dedicatedly worked to strike just the right balance between the old and the new. That’s why the lofts not only have slat wood ceilings and sandblasted exposed brick walls, but they also have a landscaped courtyard above the underground parking and great building amenities like a party room and a rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Toronto.

2-storey new lofts and an extension were added to the southern wing of our outright, turn-of-the-century Rexall drug warehouse building. This addition catered to those who yearned for a truly contemporary space, complementing the vintage charm of the original structure.
