Sixty Lofts are situated at the intersection of Bathurst and Niagara St. These lofts are made up of distinct loft structures, with 142 soft lofts located at 60 Bathurst St. and an additional 30 lofts at 60 Niagara St. Within these lofts, you’ll find a variety of unique design elements. Some of these features include private elevators in certain units that open into a personal foyer only shared by two units and units that have ample natural light from balconies and terraces on both the northern and southern sides of each loft.

The lofts feature concrete ceilings reaching heights of 10 feet, as well as exposed metal ductwork, larger-than-usual entry doors, and ground-level units with direct access from Niagara Street and private rear yards. Homeowners were given the choice to select from a range of pre-designed façade options, contributing to the distinctive character of the building.
