Elevating Homeowner Experience with CustomerInsight
At Sorbara Group of Companies, we’re dedicated to continually improving the homeowner experience. To help us achieve this, we’ve partnered with CustomerInsight, a trusted platform designed to make sharing feedback simple, efficient, and impactful.
As part of this initiative, homeowners will be invited to complete surveys at three important stages:
1. Before closing – to provide feedback on your experience with our sales and décor teams.
2. Around 60 days after closing – to share insights on our construction and customer care teams.
3. Shortly after the one-year mark – to reflect on the warranty service program and your overall experience as a Sorbara homeowner.
